Manage your participation

You find all the relevant information for managing your trade fair participation here.

In your personal exhibitor area, you manage the most important tools in one central location with just one login. The following services are available to you in the exhibitor area: 

  • Your participation at a glance
    In your personal exhibitor area, you will find information about your current exhibition space, contact persons and deadlines as well as an overview of your past events.
  • Online stand application incl. co-exhibitor registration
    In your personal exhibitor area, you can register your stand space and register and manage your co-exhibitors.
  • SelfService-Tool 
    With the SelfService, you can edit and update your company and product profiles online at any time. For further information, please see the section ‘Self-service: Your online profile on our website’.
  • Online ExhibitorShop (available in autumn 2026)
    In the ExhibitorShop, you order everything for your successful trade fair appearance, find important information and permits. You can create a partner login for stand builders/agencies so that they can order services themselves.
  • TicketCenter (available in autumn 2026)
    In the TicketCenter, you can order and manage your exhibitor passes as well as set-up and dismantling passes. In addition, you can use it to invite your customers.
  • Booth+Check (available in autumn 2026) 
    You can use the Booth+Check stand approval system to obtain approval for your exhibition stand. Further information can be found under the ‘Stand Construction’ section.

You can find your stand number in your stand space confirmation that you receive by e-mail. The hall plans for embedded world 2027 will be updated Mid-May 2026 and can be found on our website: to the floor plans.

You will find the login data for your personal exhibitor area in your stand space confirmation, which you receive by e-mail.

The login data are personalized for data protection reasons. After logging in for the first time, you will therefore be asked to change the password.  If you have problems logging in to the exhibitor area, you can renew your password at any time by clicking the "Request password" button.

An overview of all exhibitor mailings already sent (sender embedded-world@service.nuernbergmesse.de) can be found in the information box in the exhibitor area.

All future mailings will also be available there once they have been sent.

Assembly:

Booked exhibition stands whose construction has not been started by Monday (last day of construction), March 15, 2027, 15:00, will be designed by the organizer, unless otherwise informed. Any costs arising from this will be borne by the exhibitor.

Please note that it will only be possible to approve early set-up to a very limited extent for the embedded world Exhibition&Conference. Please contact us in time for further information.

Dismantling:
Thursday, 18 March 2027, 17:00 - 24:00 
Friday, 19 March 2027, 07:00 - 24:00 
Saturday, 20 March 2027, 07:00 - 19:00

Access to the halls during the periods for assembly and dismantling is only possible with special passes. Please note that these passes are invalid outside the specified periods.

Please make sure to register your verhicles and book your time slots during set-up and dismantling times via our new digital trade fair logistics system TransITfair. Only with a registration and slot booking you are allowed to enter the loading yards. The TicketCenter is all about managing your passes and inviting your customers. You can access the TicketCenter via your personal exhibitor area. For the login use your customer number and your password. If necessary, you can generate or request your password again by clicking on the "Request password" button. The TicketCenter for embedded world 2027 will be available in autumn 2026.

Order, register and manage your exhibitor passes and assembly and dismantling passes in the TicketCenter. Each exhibitor will be given free passes according to stand size for his exhibition stand and operating personnel. 3 passes will be issued for up to 10 m² stand space, plus 2 passes for each further full 10 m². These tickets are valid during duration and during assembling and dismantling time.

Any additional exhibitor passes needed can be purchased for entitled persons at a price of EUR 25 each plus VAT at the statutory rate. The total amount of assembling and dismantling passes is regardless of your booth space and for free. After the event, you will only be charged for the exhibitor passes actually used, minus your free quota. Additional assembly and dismantling passes can be ordered in the TicketCenter.

When planning your stand construction, please be sure to observe our Technical Regulations. Please use the new stand approval system Booth+Check to approve your exhibition stand. This will make the approval of your exhibition stand easier, faster and more transparent. Please use Booth+Check no later than 6 weeks before the event.

Please order your services at your earliest convenience in the online exhibitor shop. These can be placed via the Online Exhibitor Shop from autumn 2026.

Please note that express surcharges of up to 100% may apply for some services. The current deadlines for express surcharges will be available in the Exhibitor Area and the Online Exhibitor Shop in due course!

You will receive the invoice for your stand space at embedded world in autumn 2026 by e-mail. The e-mail address is embeddedworld-invoice@nuernbergmesse.de. Please note that the stand area as well as the obligatory services (including marketing services, AUMA fee, waste disposal service) will be invoiced in one invoice via NürnbergMesse GmbH. 

Other services such as complete rental stands, electricity, parking tickets will be invoiced by NürnbergMesse GmbH or the relevant service partners of NürnbergMesse separately. Promote your participation

Take advantage of the extensive opportunities to present yourself with your online profile on the exhibition website.

With the SelfService, you can edit and update your company and product profiles online at any time. You find the SelfService in the menu bar in the exhibitor area.

With your binding registration as a direct exhibitor, you automatically book our obligatory marketing services (price 1,290 euros). This will effectively draw attention to your booth at embedded world. The following marketing services are included for you: 

  • Online profile consisting of company profile and product/service profiles

  • Entry in the print exhibition guide
    Please note: You can change your company name in your personal exhibitor area via SelfService up to 2 months before the event.
  • Voucher codes to invite your customers (1:n code) (registration required)
    We will send your personal voucher code by e-mail. 
  • Branding TicketShop (individual branding of the TicketShop with your logo)
  • Invitation management tool and voucher monitoring in the TicketCenter

  • One lead-tracking app for one device
  • Social media assets and download material for promoting your trade fair presence

Our exclusive marketing gives your advertising campaign the individual touch - before, during and after your trade fair appearance. We offer you effective advertising measures for all media. Put your company in the spotlight. 

Please note: these are not the marketing services included in the stand space, but additional marketing opportunities to increase the awareness for your company and your presence at embedded world. Would you like to present your company, products and services to the community at the exhibition?

Secure your spot in the Exhibitor Forum with a presentation about your product or company. You will have 30 minutes to showcase your solutions to an engaged audience and exchange ideas directly with participants. Please note: topics with a conference character or those overlapping with the themes of the embedded world Conference are excluded.

Bookings will be available from autumn 2026.

With your personal voucher code you can invite your customers to visit embedded world (registration required). You will not incur any additional costs. You will receive your personal voucher code by email in autumn 2026.

Just share your voucher code with your customers! Vouchers can be redeemed at www.embedded-world.de/voucher.

Brand your TicketShop in your corporate design! Take advantage of the opportunity to brand your personal TicketShop. Customers who receive an invitation from you via a voucher code will be taken directly to your branded TicketShop upon entering the code. Accompany your customer during their registration process- and even throughout admission to the exhibition.

The branding options can be found under Marketing Options in your TicketCenter. This service is included in your marketing services and free of charge.

You can also use our social media assets to promote your participation at embedded world. You can personalize the official event graphic. You are also welcome to tag us in your social media posts and use the official hashtags #embeddedworld and #ew27, because together we can achieve more - reach, interaction, likes.
